Novotel Phuket Vintage Park Resort, Patong

I had an incredible experience at this resort. The pool area was a wonderful place to relax and had a lively atmosphere, especially with the fantastic pool bar. The rooms were quite spacious and well-maintained, ensuring comfort throughout our stay. However, the breakfast buffet could use a bit more variety to enhance the overall dining experience. The staff, especially Jen, was attentive and genuinely cared for us, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, the hotel offered a decent stay with some notable perks, like a spacious pool and engaging activities for families. However, the location could have been better, the dining options at breakfast were somewhat repetitive, and the room comfort left much to be desired. It's a good family hotel, but expectations for a five-star experience may not be met.
